Do I need both NMI and Whop accounts?+
Only for what you sell. If you only sell one-time digital downloads, NMI alone is enough. If you run a community, Whop handles hosted membership access.
What card brands do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — via your NMI merchant account.
Where are cards processed?+
Card data is posted server-side to NMI's PCI-compliant endpoint. For zero PCI scope, swap to Collect.js tokenization on the checkout page.
Can I refund or cancel from the dashboard?+
Yes — one-click refund on any NMI order and cancel on any subscription. Whop memberships are canceled through the Whop API.
